Wood limbed compound
Has anyone seen or heard of a wooden compound bow. I've had the idea to try it out...don't care of it wasnt fast. Maybe even make wooden cams lol.

I understand a ballista stores torsional energy. In my idea of a wood compound bow is that the levers turn the cams...in which simply pulls the bow into a higher brace height as draw is increased....
